  • Shortly after the completion of the booking, you’ll receive your tour confirmation voucher in your email.
  • Make sure that you check your spam/junk folder or notify us in case you don’t find it in your inbox.  
  • Book a date & time slot for your visit at https://reseller.mandai.com/ticketstore/GuestBookTimeslot using the Booking Code.
  • After selecting the time slot, download the PDF file, which is your e-ticket and needs to be scanned at the venue.

Night Safari Singapore 
  • Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
  • Recommended: Guests are requested to pre-book their slots at least 72 hours in advance as the slots are subject to availability.
  • No Show Policy: Failure to report on time will result in a No Show, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
  • Strollers and wheelchairs are available for rent at the park on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Flash photography or flashlights are prohibited to prevent disturbance or annoyance to our animals and other visitors.
  • Children must always be accompanied by an adult for their safety and well-being.
  • Please provide the exact hotel address during the booking process for smooth arrangements (If transfers are selected)
  • Transfer service will be available only from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm.

Loved to see Nightlife of Animals

We were amazed by the way the walking trails were laid out. It was easy to access and move around and the best thing about those trails was that we didn’t suffer any mosquito bites. It was amazing to see many of the animals awake even in the night.

Best Tour of Rayna Tours
